YC- Challenge 2

We depart to kl at 12am midnight and reach KSJ by 6am, we are move into room once we get the key. Because of in this stage our challenge is doing a research survey, so we decided to not going out for the first day. In the whole day we just spend some time to come out with the questionnaire. Afternoon time, thinking to go Ming Restaurant for lunch, who knows it is not open. So disappointed that cannot eat uncle mee. One day ends just like do nothing, feels a bit boring.

Due to the reason we still cant get any sales and there’s some time before we leave, I decided to go flat and find if can get any sales. I am so happy that got one Aunty said that she want to buy the product but she don’t have money at that moment, so she ask me come to find her on next day. I didn’t told my group member about it because at Penang also got one customer say like that to but in the end she din come, so I don’t wish them disappointed again.
After breakfast, we are going out to distribute the survey question and also promote the product. We finished distribute the questionnaire and collect it back during lunch time. But 3 of us still can’t make any sales and again I face some question as in Penang.

After that, we taking W12 back to K2 and start the analysis for the questionnaire. At the night time, at first we thought can go Sri Rampai night market, who knows the committees suddenly have ice-breaking session at 8pm, it spoil our plan.

After the ice-breaking session, we gather again and discuss on what to present on next day. And finally I accept to be one of the presenters. Although I am scare, but after think of it, this maybe a good chance to practice my presentation skills, so I accept it.

As promised by the Aunty, 9am I going out to find her with the product. Yeah, finally get one sales, she din cheat me. After talk with her for almost one hour, I back to K2 and prepare for the presentation. This is the first time I present without earlier preparation and memorise.

2pm start our presentation, although I know I not done very well, but I am quite satisfy with my performance, I am not that scare at the moment. I think I have to practice more, so that I won’t feels nervous in the future presentation.
Before that we plan to go Wangsa Walk after our presentation, who knows it was raining again and therefore we back to room and sleep. At first we thought I done our presentation quite well, but in the end we being call to the board room again. 3 of us like drop from the sky. I think it’s because our sales is still the lowest.
Again, we survive in the board room, but after discussion, we feel like don’t wanna continue this challenge if it is still direct selling on AZ product for the next two stage. So, we going to tell the judge that our group want to quit, but they not allow us and tell us there’s no need to sell AZ product for Malacca stage. In the end, we continue the journey again.
