After breakfast, not that sleepy anymore, but I know I should going to sleep, if not I will be very tired. Then I am go inside the tent lay there and sleep during the Program Organising. Who know I only sleep for about 2hours. After wake up, prepare the food for lunch. The person in charge for food suppose is the three girls, but they are so lazy until I have to help them distribute the food. Shit them!!
During the motivation talk, it’s actually quite inspiring me. But the way he talk is not that funny make the talk a bit boring. After the talk, we start to keep all the things and prepare to go back.
Finally, our camp was ended at 6.30pm and departs back to UTM Skudai.
9.30pm arrive in M40, at first I am thinking to join Afai them for dinner, but I can’t cause we come back late. After arriving and sent every participant back, we stay at M40 to do some discussion. During the discussion, I get to know some back news. Which make me so angry, I really hate the word he say to her. Sound like I am the one who say it.
After that, I don’t know what’s wrong with her again. Keep on shout up her voice at M40. Really cannot tahan her.
11pm back to college. Finally, I can back to my room and sleep. The camp was ended, but doesn’t mean I will free also. Because I need to finish the activities report within this week and also the financial report where I don’t know how is going on at all. The only good news is a no need to go meeting anymore after our post mortem. I think it will be a good news to my dear Afai :)
Although there’s some unhappiness things happened throughout the camp but really gain a lot of experience. I learn how to corporate with others to make this camp success, it’s the first time I play treasure hunt in night day, the first time I sleep inside the tent, I learned how to built a tent and the first time I be night watcher for whole night. Good job to all everyone~~
REMEMBER THE RESULTS IS NOT IMPORTANT, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE PROCESS!!

Today’s first activity is town trekking, after briefing and distributed breakfast, the participants depart to Malacca around 8am. After all the participants left the camp site, it’s my time to have a sleep. Sleep from 8am until 12pm. After wake up, they say want to go out and buy Macdonald as our lunch. So I also follow and eat Macdonald as my lunch.
After lunch, we start to survey the place for station games. After that, we just stay in the camp site and waiting all the participants back to camp site. Because of we required them to report themselves every one hour, and we realize that their performance is quite good and therefore we decided to buy something for tea time. Then, we go to MyDin and buy something for them.
About 5pm, all the groups were back to the camp site and reporting the fund they get it. Wow!! They collect around RM2600, really out of expectation!! Although the result is good, but there’s some different opinion on how to use the money and some of the group are very care on who are the winner. After this activity, I just realize how she is thinking. Just realize actually I am not understand her. Say one thing and do another thing. Keep on saying that the objective of this activity was not archived, but end up her group also do the same way and she is the person who care the most if her group is the winner or not.
We took our group picture at 5.50pm with our camp T-shirt. At that moment, feels so happy that we really can bring that much participants to join this camp. Congratulation to all of us.
6pm, our station was started. At first I am the only runner for station games, but in the end Ang and CK scare I can’t make it so they also be the runner. Due to we have only 4 station, so I being allocated to take care of one of the station. Oh no, it’s so boring, after two teams play at that station, I decided to walk around but have to rush back after 15minutes to remind them times up. The station game is quite good, the only weakness is the games is too easy, participants is too clever and finished the games within 20minutes.
7.30pm we end our station game and having our dinner. After dinner, is our movie session. Since we already watch the movie twice, so we all committees arrange puzzle at the other site. Movie session ends around 11pm, after sharing and it’s our jungle trekking time.
Jungle trekking?? Sound like should be very scary, but end up, it’s just bring us one round in the road at night time. Omg, this kind of activities they dare to ask RM 300 fee?? Apart from that, they are not taking care of our participant, one group was lost during the walk and luckily they met police and police bring them back. After began with the coach, in the end they agree to less 50% to us. But still it is not worth at all. And we receive many complaints from the participants.
At that night, suppose I have to be the night watcher with Yi Siang from 2am to 4am. But Shirleen and Xiao Yang din wake up to take shift. What the hell!! As a DOD and new treasurer, how come they can do like that?? Since there’s nothing to do at that night, me and Yi Siang starting to keep all the stuff and make sure everything still the same as the first day. At that moment I just realize that food department also the same. Did not done their job straight away go to sleep. In the end, I am the one who need to help them wash the entire utensil and also lap the table.
That night is really tired, I fall asleep at 6.30am but wake up again at 7am to wake facilitator and participant up.

First day of IEM Motivation Camp 2011
After about 5months preparation, finally IEM Motivation Camp 2011 was ended. Feels very tired, enjoy and also disappointed.
Start from 2pm on Friday at M40 until 11pm on Sunday at M40 also, there’s a lot of things happened. There’s happiness, enjoy-ness and also sadness.

We start our registration on 2.30pm at M40. The registration process in very smooth, all the participants is very puncture, before 3pm we already done the registration. Because of only me one person during the registration time, I forget to make sure everyone bring there ic and matric card. There’s the starting of disappointed feeling. Disappointed on myself because forget to refer back the timeline, disappointed on one of the committee, because she suppose to doing registration with me, but she just sit inside and chatting.
About 3pm we starting move all the things into the bus, and finally we depart on 3.30pm. So sorry to Cyrus because we can’t wait until he finish his exam.
We arrived on camp site around 6pm which is late half an hour as we plan in our timeline. After distributing the tent to all the participants, we gather them and start our dinner. All facilitator have only half an hour to finish their dinner because they have to follow Shirleen go survey the treasure hunt places. Due to the reason Cyrus haven’t reach camp site at that moment, I became the temporary facilitator for Cyrus group.
During the way to survey, we facilitator have a lot of arguing, some of them think the place is not suitable but some of them think is have no problem, especially those who came from Malacca. They never think that for them it is very easy, she almost forget that we are just the first time came the camp site and it is during night time and there are many road, how we gonna remember all the way. In the end, arguing end without any solution, stick into the original plan. Since Cyrus already arrived in our camp site at that time, so he also come and join for the treasure hunt. Therefore, our group has two facilitators.
During the treasure hunt, as predicted the way is very hard to find, especially we as a facilitator cannot help them to go to the place. We run here run there, it’s really tired, but enjoy. In the end, because the games end, our group go to a wrong way where I also forget it’s actually no entry. After walk at that road for about 20minutes, I started to feels there’s something wrong, it supposes not that far. Therefore, i called Shirleen and ask if we get the wrong way. Haiz, we really get the wrong way and we have to turn back. The road is really dark and scary, luckily I am not the only facilitator follow this group.
Treasure hunt finished around 12.50am. After every group back to camp site, then we starting our briefing to every participants and let them go to sleep. After that we are having our post mortem and discuss on what to improve for the next day. Meeting ended around 2am and all facilitators are allow to go have a sleep. While me and Shirleen are the person who need to be night watcher at that night have to stay back. Although there’s actually 2person from food department have to be night watcher from 2am-4am, but they straight away go to sleep after post mortem. What a irresponsible person!!
